Can a jaw Implant make a jaw look More forward grown?

Let’s say one has a narrow jaw and high gonial angle, if they lower the angle and widen jaw with the implant, will the mandible look More forward grown?

I think the only indicator of forward jaw growth is how projected your chin is. I believe the ideal is in line with or slightly past your brow ridge.
