It is really difficult to find a good surgeon unfortunately. I've heard of many butched cases from him too, maybe one day more surgeons will be willing to perform more "risky" surgerys like lf3. I guess there will be better ways to perform the surgery too, which will make it safer, more efficient and less risky overall.

Yes but tbh, i have seen some cases of le fort 3, the only problem is that it didn't do much to the midface since it needed more advancement, and advancing it more means that you are risking the nerves in that area, your best bet is implants tbh.
