It can be improved with things like infraorbital implants and fat grafting- but never “fixed.” Things like eye spacing, upper eyelid, PFL, etc. are not surgically changeable tbh And you’re referring to OBO. The only guy on here who got OBO got butchered and left the site so that’s still a pipe dream.
