Can a rhinoplasty make my nose tip longer?

i have a long philthrum and short nose but my midface is compact

A rhinoplasty is anything you want it to be. Implants can make a nose longer, but it is generally harder to make a nose more masculine than it is to make a nose more feminine

Yes it is possible, I actually had mine. it's a tiplasty, basically they take a cartillage out of your ear or rib then they'll use it as the the implant. It's a lot cheaper than full on rhinoplasty as well.

It's called a septal extension. The answer is yes. Rhinoplasty is the worst surgery, though.
