Can a rhinoplasty save me from a wide nose?

Among other issues, my nose being extremely wide has been a huge problem in my overall looks and how i treat myself.

I've seen many rhino before and afters but it's usually just reshaping the nose from a side profile angle and not the front profile..

I'm just 17, so no operations for quite some time, but when i do get the money would a good nose job actually help my case or is it just over?
