What do I do about social anxiety? I am a 20 year old man and I literally cannot make any friends because people find me weird, it's to the point that it is completely inescapable. I have a group of people that I sit with at university but they mostly just ignore me because they find me off-putting, I just end up completely ostracised.
The typical normie advice of simply ignoring it does not work. Even if I force myself to think positively and tell myself that I'm overreacting, it's as though people can literally see inside my head. People disrespect me for no reason, I don't get invited anywhere and I feel detached from normal social cues.

The social anxiety comes and goes, but even when I feel fine people don't take any interest in me.

Any drugs that work? Anyone else here like this?

the best ones are phenibut, alc, benzos and pregab

but if u convince a psych u srs have like a bad social anxiety and shit maybe u can get prescriptions for xans or pregab

1. You probably have no SMV (no friends, not rich, you look poor, ugly, etc.)
2. You don't have any experiences to relate to people and your interests might be non-nt, so you have nothing to talk about.
3. You don't act like one of them, it can be from the way you act/talk/dress. NT people can instantly tell you're weird.
