Is it possible to do a sliding genioplasty with two osteotomy cuts in the same surgery. Not that i need it but i heard people get a genio after the first one healed for more projetion or something. The only problem i see is it can be unstable during the healing and so maybe custom plates can handle it. @RealSurgerymax

Way too risky when you could just let the first heal or slap an implant on top during the first genio.

Retarded af to cut the chin then cut the cut segment of the chin and double step plate it.

Great way to get bone necrosis.

Yes its called Jumping Genioplasty
