Hello, I am a 13 year old boy. I have "Adenoid Face" syndrome. When I was 3-4 years old, my immunity was very low, I was constantly getting sick and my nose was constantly blocked. As a result, the following problems occurred on my face over time:

*Negatively slanted and narrow eyes,
*Narrow, round and small face shape,
*Prominent "upper jaw protrusion" problem,
*Highly positioned narrow and hollow "V" palate and crooked teeth,
*Negatively slanted eyebrows,
*Thin lip structure,
*Very large, thick, arched and drooping nose,
*Unclear cheekbones,
*Humpback etc...

As you can see, I had a very ugly and scary face. Because of this, I was judged by society, girls were constantly making fun of me, I was excluded and bullied. I felt very bad, it literally traumatized me. Anyway, we went to the orthodontist 6-7 months ago and they put on braces. And right now, my teeth are perfect. In the future, they will put on me a palate expander, "forsus springs" appliance and springs inside my teeth. Can these devices give me completely change my face and make me "HANDSOME"? In other words, when I say handsome I mean:

*Positively slanted almond-shaped eyes

*Wide, angular (square or diamond) face shape,
*Normal bite
*Normally positioned, wide and "U" shaped palate,
*Positive-normally slanted eyebrows,
*Full or thick lips,
*Thin, straight or slanted nose (no nasal hump),
*Very prominent cheekbones, etc.

Can I make any improvements? And are there any other tactics you can recommend to me? (face pushing [thumb pulling etc.], bonesmashing, mewing etc...)

Thank you so much in advance <3.

Eating fruits and vegetables will fix all your deficiencies, I promise, I’d advise all 13 year olds to consume as much fruits and vegetables during puberty, they will turn out to be very healthy, strong and tall!

palate expander + facemask would be the way to go
some growth hormone onthe side would be ideal
forsus appliance is lowkey ass and it would pull your maxilla back and make your nose even more worse looking and even shittier cheekbones

The only way to reverse an adenoid face is heavy chewing—just like our ancestors did. They chewed tough food 8-10+ hours a day, and that’s why their jaws were strong. Modern soft diets wrecked our faces.

No braces or 'orthodontic treatment' will truly fix this—only consistent, hard chewing can swing up the maxilla and the mandible over time. During tough chewing, we produce forces up to 150kg sometimes and that’s the only forces that can truly grow the maxilla up and forward and reverse the adenoid face. But you MUST also fix mouth breathing and fix your tongue posture.

At 13, you still have time. Chew hard gum or tough foods daily for as long as you can. Here’s the article made my a medical student that explains it better:
Read it and will change your life bro. Good luck 🤞 💪
