Your side profile isn't bad. The only significant flaws I can think of are your underdeveloped brow ridge and a recessed lower jaw. Addressing these will give you a good side profile.

Regarding the front, I can say the following: Your upper eyelid appearance and recessed infra(lower eyelid) . Finally, your long philtrum. (I already mentioned the nose.)

Frontally is what i’m mainly worried about, i’m not sure why but I just can’t even feel 20% happy about the way i look from the front lmfao. I’m planning on getting alarbase reduction soon, but is there anything else I can do not involving surgery regarding the other issues in the meanwhile? I just want to be hmtn jfl

If you simply want to achieve High MTN, you only need to do the following:

Rhinoplasty
Lip lift
Lower eye fat grafting.
