When you lift your hand above your head, your heart has to fight against gravity to pump blood to your hand.
Less blood means it looks less red.
Maybe a blood pressure too low/high could contribute to this? I am not sure, I could be completely wrong.
Would be very minimal variance though, you would not necessarily be unhealthy or anything to have red hands normally.

Your hands are slightly red normally, it's totally standard.i changed the picture u can see it better and idk i looked it up and it’s called blood pooling it’s a symptom of a bunch of different things
stop fisting ur momi dont even do anything they just get super red and gross looking randomly throughout the day and when i lift them above my head they turn white again
