Better lighting highlights features like cheekbones, brow ridge and jaw and shows features like eyes and eyebrows better

So I should

so I should probably work on getting malar implants or bone smash cheekbones. And also thicken eyebrows, right? My brow ridge is already decent.

no good surgery for orbitals all are too risky, lefort would ascend maxilla, maybe cause your orbitals to become more compact. Tri and bi could work but you jaw is not the problem its the eyes

Calling lefort not risky and saying infra implants are is crazy work. Lefort 2/3 (the only lefort surgeries that would change orbital structure) is much more invasive then simple infra orbital implants, the risk of going blind exists but you have an experienced surgeon I doubt that would happen

I didnt say lefort wasnt risky. There is always a risk when doing facial reconstruction.
