If you are still young just chew a lot.Over course od years it will most likely slightly improve your ramus and gonial because its just a healthy habbit during development.Also mandible is one of the last if not the last bones to fuse during puberty.

For now make sure to put on herbst or twin block appliances in order to fix you ccw rotation.

If you didn't get results (depends on age and genetics), you can do intraoral opening wedge bony genioplasty to increase lower third height

my palate is wide and okay the only problem is my jaw, it's narrow for some reason. I think I'm figuring out how to fix it since I used swallow more than chew, ate soft foods more and slept late. anyways ty for ur solutions but is there anyway to make my lips js little smaller without surgery

You're welcome. I honestly think both your lip ratio and mouth/nose ratio are ok. For now focus on improving the lower third imo
