I feel like calisthenics are one of the best indicators of strength and overall fitness. You have be both lean and strong to excel.

Why would you want to do 100 pushups in a row? It isn't a useful skill to have unless you're training for military.

It’s a good milestone to reach for overall fitness and conditioning. Kind of like wanting to bench your bodyweight for reps, it’s just a goal

It's not that difficult tbh. I've been doing pushups whenever I did some fucked shit as punishment by my dad. I had to do a lot in raiders and other calisthenics. I bet I could've reached 100 If I kept up with working out.

I can barely do 20. I have been out of shape for 95% of my life. I started taking fitness seriously only 1 year ago when i discovered this site

I could do 100 when I was. Eye lightweight and into calisthenics and cardio weighed like 55-60kg
Now at 80kg can only do 45

People twice your size that would squash you like a bug can't even do a third of that.

Training for strength and hypertrophy is so much more beneficial than being a twink and training endurance to do a bunch of pushups.
I'm 6'4 you clown. I do like a total of 400 pushups everyday
 
I'm talking about muscle, not height. You're proving my point perfectly. You train doing a bunch of pushups instead of actually lifting heavy weights.
I do lift, 5 days a week. i've just been on the pushup shit for a while longer. JFL, push ups are just my warm ups.
 
I did a few hundred a day for a couple weeks last summer and I got up to like 70 in one set. Not locking out tho, idk what your form standard is. 190 lbs too

Wtf are you on? You're acting like push ups are hard. Just another exercise, like walking, not a muscle building exercise, plus all it does is define your chest, i lift for other areas, like deltoids, biceps and traps.
