Can anyone make a guide on tanning?

Seriously like it pmo, Im a person who takes time to tan, I would need to be hours and hours a few just to get my tan, and no matter how much sun I get my face stays pale, my arms look very dark tanned but my face is as pale as it gets
I might try mt2 but it comes with some sides that arent convinient for me
And fake tanners is just donaldtrumpmaxxing
Maybe Ill make a guide myself. If anyone has any tips would be appreciated

One shade darker makes all the diference, more healthy more wellcoming more natural looking less skin imperfectionings, if your not tanning u aint trying

Mt2 sides aren’t bad if you don’t pin too much at once

MT1 if in an area that's low UV and no access to sunbeds.
MT2 if in an area that's high UV and/or access to sunbeds.
