Can anyone one else literally not sleep?

my sleep schedule is so bad and my parents are just like “go to bed earlier” like I haven’t tried that. When I try to go to bed I just lay away for legit multiple hours tossing and turning. It’s like my body doesn’t want me to go to bed earlier, I even cope with a sleep mask and blue light filters and blockers. Maybe my pineal gland is destroyed. I closed my eyes at 1 AM and it’s almost 3 now. :feelswah:

I experience the same identical thing i think we should reprogram our circadian rhythms somehow

Maybe idk but I literally can't sleep for shit so thats way worse, my doctor prescribed me it

Was going through exactly this a week ago and I fixed it through having one poor nights sleep and then being able to go to bed early the next

Try melatonin too

i've got a decent sleep schedule but I get this weird surge of energy and motivation at like10pm i wish that clocked in at like midday

depends on what u do , i few wake up at 1 pm and do nothing all day ofc u can t sleep
