my sleep schedule is so bad and my parents are just like “go to bed earlier” like I haven’t tried that. When I try to go to bed I just lay away for legit multiple hours tossing and turning. It’s like my body doesn’t want me to go to bed earlier, I even cope with a sleep mask and blue light filters and blockers. Maybe my pineal gland is destroyed.
