Can anyone pmo a weekly meal plan, generally centered around looks, I don’t have goals of losing weight just generally want to be healthy

Why do I have to pay money for some overpriced bullshit when i can just ask a forum what they personally eat, and see what works for them.
 
If i get you right you want to eat as healthy as possible, Firstly you have to cut all the bad habits, Cut sugar obviously, cut artificial addings like emulsifiers, seed oils, E-substances, artificial flavors, etc. all those bullshit inflamation causing ingredients. Reduce pasta, white bread, Bad for blood sugar and can cause insulin resistance, (bad carbs)

Maximizing your health indicators = maximizing your looks.
Optimizing your hormones will make your metabolism, gut health develop your bones and make your genetic features pop, hormones, looks, and health goes hand in hand,

Whitout motion, resistance training is neccessary, or will atleast boost the efficiency of the nutrition.

Optimize hormones:
Zink
Boron
Magnesium
selenium
Iodine
Vitamin D, B6, B12, E, K,
Omega 3

Animal protein:
, Eggs red meat (raw better nutrition absorbtion) High colesterol,

Organ meat:
Liver, kidneys, hearth, Moat nutrition dense & anabolic food.

Healthy fats:
Salmon mackerell, milk(raw contains 60% more nutrition that pasturized)
cheese, (Unpasturized especially, could be found in litterally every grocery story)
Avocado (selenium and fats)
Butter (cholesterol)
