Can anyone provide me with information about the Nelson facepuller?

I can't find anything. I'm still young and want to shorten the middle of my face. I've scoured the org, and it seems the only face puller that pulls upward for CCW, not just forward, is the Nelson face puller, but I can't find any information about it.

you cannot shorten the midface bro that is impossible without ccw rotation surgery.
Face puller doesnt work after 12 your bones are no longer playdough
What you can do is use BAMP. An actual orthodontic device, or herbst if you have an overjet
