Can anyone recommend me a solid skin care routine

I have a combination skin with my T area oily and cheeks dry I have a little bit of acne on my forehead as well with dark spots on cheeks with large pores and have an overall dull skin and uneven skin tone I also would like to lighten my skin as I am brown skinned curry I am a teen and new to all this skincare I did do some research but didn't get what I was looking for I would be glad if anyone could Write a solid skin care routine for me.
