The real answer: we have fucking clue, there is no information about the productivity of each worker (we can't assume they are all the same), or the jobs that are involved (there could be diminishing returns from putting more than two people on bricklaying for example)

And I won't accept "it says the same barn so it's already been built!" bullshit because it is clearly talking in hypotheticals
