Well my dad is 6'0 and my mom is 5'8 and im currently 5'10.5 at 15
i was always the tallest in any room till i was like 14-15 then my growth speed reduced and everyone just catched up to my height even though i had really big height difference when i was younger with them and i need some natural way cus im lowkey broke for mk677 and hgh and all those things.
i do swimming once a week and gym twice a week but i dont really train with weights over 35kg and i dont touch free weights (or excersises where i could use some percentage of bones, i purely focus on muscles so i dont mess up sum with my bones to stunt the growth)
and im trying to lock in on eating eggs everyday (3 to 5) and on weekends i eat like 2 steak my dad makes them and i eat junk food like once a month?
my exact stats are: 178cm 78kg 18-20bf% probably (i used to be 85kg and i think i had early puberty? im not sure but i can grow beard on my cheeks rn at 15
