They barely graduated and aren’t really smart but my older brother which is around 14 years older than me who was raised by them and spent time with them alot is a chemical engineering genius where i was neglected since they hated eachothers guts when i was born so i was raised by a nanny that used to beat my ass and I turned out to be dumb and barely pass my exams where hes the exact opposite

He’s probably your step bro who received someone else’s genes.

Of course. Especially if your parents did neglect their responsibilities, when you were still in the womb.
That’s detrimental to maximising your potential Iq and several other traits associated with mental health and adult personality.
Early childhood care and nutrition is also critical.
Any neglect during this early time span will destroy substantially more, than everything you fuck up during the time of your own awareness (puberty, early adulthood).

But parents are too stubborn and bluepilled to understand this.

Yes.

The willingness and ability of parents to answer their child's questions about life, the world, science, etc. correlates with knowledge-seeking behavior - an inquiry for information getting rewarded conditions children to seek out more of it without the fear of failure. This is crucial in the early years of development.

Being neglected by your parents can lead to permanent physiological changes and degradation.

Take amphetamine and start binge-reading highschool and college-level textbooks on every subject

maybe you still have enough brain plasticity to IQmax
