Can bimax descend front?

I had bimax 4.5 weeks ago and many people say my side ascended but my front descended a bit. I'm still bloated in the cheek area but not that bad. #
Will it go back to normal or could my front actually descend from the surgery`?

if ur front lower third was already good, bimax could have made it longer than 1/3, we could tell it better if u posted a photo btw, thats a trimax btw

You need genioplasty,rihnoplasty and mandibular implants
Probably you could have asked for more bigger movements of forward growth but it's ok if you get what i said you'll be ok

i had short face syndrome before now it's fixed, many people say the length looks better so i can't really imagine what could descend my sideprofile aside from the swelling

obviously yes its a country where law is enforced to a much lesser degree than the west and protection of the patient restrictions and repercussion are just some distant concepts for someone who wants to scam you in India its just the worst place you can possibly go to

lass es erstmal abheilen und mach dir dann gedanken. aber vom CT seh ich eig nur eine verbesserung.

nein lange nichtmehr hahah, ist alles wieder normal, esse fast wieder wie vor der bimax, nur kein starkes abbeisen.
hast du noch ne idee was meine front longterm descenden kann? wie gesagt das gesicht wurde länger aber ich hatte vorher halt short facer syndrom. mein lower third macht 36% meines gesichts aus

das gesicht ist nicht länger, sondern normal wie es sein sollte. du hattest maximale recession.
durch die BiMax sieht dein forward growth auch viel besser aus.
aber ich glaube keiner kann sagen, was dich descenden könnte, weil die op ja noch frisch ist. du bist noch angeschwollen usw.

du musst in 1-2 monaten nochmal fragen, mit vorher-nachher bildern. wenn alles einigermaßen abgeheilt ist checkst
