Althought this isn't on a clinical deformity level, the left side of my face is well developed, but my right side is vertically shorter, flatter and kind of has a droopy look, especially in my right eye, my left eye has neutral canthal tilt and is hooded, my right eye is hooded too but it kind of looks like its negatively tilted, my face also looks chubbier in this side, now of course this isn't treatable with basic softmaxxing procedures for asymmetry such as sleeping on one side and even losing fat to correct possible face fat storage asymmetry, its evident this is a bone based failo, what surgeries could help to reduce this shit? i heard bimax then implants could work as an option but i need some knowledge on this topic before taking action.

It can't make it vertically longer in by adding ramus length, but else yes
