as you can probably see in this picture my chin is so failed its laughable. this probably derivates from me using it as support to rest my head. im 17 years old is this still fixable? just ignore the red dots these are testosterone clumps. i plan to grow a beard as soon as i can also. please don't laugh

Bonesmashing works very well especially on chin where you could do it every alternate day, and it is not placebo @coisbhai and several others had great results from it, but first of all fix that acne, you cant bonesmash places which have acne u should probably softmax with other things before doing this stuff

yeah bro ur actually right but tf am i supposed to do. seed oils and sugar filled foods are way cheaper than fruits for the whole month. my skincare routine consists on cleansing my face with a brush and soap for the face but apparently that wont do shit. ive been trying to drink more water lately and i still have to see the results for that but for now over
