yeah bro ur actually right but tf am i supposed to do. seed oils and sugar filled foods are way cheaper than fruits for the whole month. my skincare routine consists on cleansing my face with a brush and soap for the face but apparently that wont do shit. ive been trying to drink more water lately and i still have to see the results for that but for now overBonesmashing works very well especially on chin where you could do it every alternate day, and it is not placebo @coisbhai and several others had great results from it, but first of all fix that acne, you cant bonesmash places which have acneu should probably softmax with other things before doing this stuff
