Can bpa leech into the skin through plastic

I work at a souvenir shop and there is a lot of handing out receipts, which contain bpa. I tried using nitrile gloves but it's too hot and my hand gets all sweaty. I've been using a small plastic bag to nit directly touch receipts, but im not sure if it even does anything. So my question is whether or not can bpa leech into the skin through plastic
