i wore them for 9 years my teeth got better but my chin man is horrible

Maybe for straightening teeth my braces fixed my overbite and actually pulled my lower third more forward so it was big plus

no it cant it can recess your maxilla if you had elastics tho

elastics make you recessed but regular braces just straighten teeth
