Can braces fix a fucked up maxilla and jaw??

My jaw is incredibly recessed due to my recessed maxilla, it fucks up my side profile badly and I got braces on 2-3 months ago I was wondering if braces would fix my recessed jaw and slight overbite?

I had the expanders and they helped a lot, if it's true that braces won't fix my recessed jaw it truly is over for me

Ur not rly recessed, also invisibalign is better imo, and in the one pic ur not that recessed only like 1-3 mm, you can just bonesmash ur chin for that also, it works

If the braces don’t work then bonesmash or surgery/implants u are needed to fix

If you jaw is recessed due to overbite,underbite,openbite,etc.Braces will definetly fix you recession if not severe.Severe bite malicusion or severe recession are only fixed by surgery.

Idk I had both invisible is better it won’t break easily it’s less noticeable and eating is easier, it’s not temp it causes bone growth

I'll strongly consider Invisalign then, and if bonesmashing does cause bone growth then I'll be doing it asap first ill do more research on it

Your maxilla and mandible are both recessed, how big is the overbite?

I think your mandible is lacking in length, bands will help but your recession will still be present.
