Unless you're like early 13-14 or under, no. Braces will not induce meaningful skeletal changes, as suggested above, you're probably looking at a palate expander.

MSE for narrow face. Like RPE or MARPE. SARPE WILL NOT fix narrow face as it only widens you maxilla, so you need an Maxillary Skeletal Expander like MARPE (for closed sutures) and RPE (open sutures). (SARPE = surgically assisted palatal rapid expander / MARPE = miniscrew assisted rapid palatal expander / RPE = rapid palatal expander)
