yes since extractions are mainly bad cause they cause jaw bone resorption and if you expand the maxilla new bone will be made to compensate for the now larger jaw
i have already made appointments with MSE providers in Philly east coast. Planning on visiting them after quarentine to see what can be done about my shit palate. After that im gonna get an implant to replace my extracted premolar

i wouldnt mess with implants theres not really a point, if you can expand your maxilla and maintain it significantly adding in another tooth will have no effect on facial aesthetics

just save up and get bimax mse is a meme and not worth it. do you want your teeth to look like ronald ed? if yes then go with the risk of getting mse and fucked up teeth for 2 years
