Can buccanator (cheek muscles) muscles make your face bloathed? assuming your hypertrophied them

And can you do anything about it, will botox work? my face is really fat despite me not being one, i am getting leaner idk if it will do anything,

thinking about doing bfr, i really suspect its becouse of those stupid 'orthotropics' :lul: and those facial excercises

Is it over?

Can i do anything about it?

I'm 13%-15% bodyfat working on getting down to 9% does i still have hope?

how will it atrophy them? thank you, i grew those muscles below 18 i can't just not use them and they will dissapere

Muscles atrophy when they are not used many people make the mistake of moving their cheeks when chewing and swallowing which results in the buccinator hypertrophy, there are videos on yt on how to swallow correctly

you seem to have submental glands hanging despite being 11-13% bf, so that means your geniohyoid muscles are overlapped. lengthening the mandible in a linear view pulls the tongue forward which is attached to the muscle i mentioned, as the tongue goes forward, the muscle tightens and creates a tighter submental region.

mandible lengthening can also be used to stretch cheek soft tissue which appear to be overlapping as well
 
15%....nigga,you are at least 25 % body fat..but it doesnt matter anyway because it never began for you at first place

you're skinny fat so even if you dont have too much fat you dont have much muscle either, so even if your bf% is low, you arent actually as LEAN as people at that bodyfat percentage if you catch my drift.

that theory is complete bs, your muscles wouldnt grow from fucking basic movements you do whilst eating, provide your eating a regular diet of course. Anyone who knows how muscle hyperthropy works can tell you that Mike's swalloing theories dont add up.
Its too small a difference, and your body is heavily adopted to it. OP should just train and lose fat, swallowing techniques wont save him

those at home tests arent accurate. Plus, 15% bf with a double chin just doesnt make sense. judge ur bf off ur appearence not these bs tests. Do you have visible abs? if not this should not be possible unless you have abysmal muscle development

they are somewhat visible, not that much, i have kyphosis and don't make me send picture just believe me, its a spinal disiase that also pushes the belly forward so it is bigger than it should be

you swallow on average 580 times per day. if you use a muscle 580 times per day then that will lead to change, especially if that muscle is as small as the buccinator.

idk what face exercises you've been doing and if that really is the cause, but yes, if you've grown a muscle then you can also make it shrink, no matter what age you are.
 
Buccinator muscles can not make one overly chubby imo you must hold water and fat. If at 75 kg you can only do 10 dips you are most likely just fat and these "smart" weights usually lie. Just bulk up build muscle mass and only then cut. You seem young so your facial fat should naturally disappear with age, don't obsess over it
 
If really 15% bf then lack of bones is main issue.

Stfu, i'm doing it for 2 weeks now, i can wear now pants that i couldn't wear before and i'm now 72 so it shows i got leaner

no it wont after a certain point because you will reach a level of muscle which would result in 580 swallows being basically worthless.
This is why progressive overload is a thing. There's a point where the forces applied =/= muscle growth, and humans reach it very fast for a muscle they use every day like buccinator.

This is like saying that you should expect to gain leg muscle from just going about your regular daily activities. no. you already have ideal muscle for that, and you body does not want to go through unnecessary effort/work of building muscle that isn't needed.

yea but that's the thing, you're not supposed to use the buccinator muscle at all. lots of people barely use them, some don't at all. and they won't have chubby cheeks. if OP were to correct his incorrect swallowing patterns which cause him to hypertrophy his buccinators, then the buccinators would shrink to their normal size and he wouldn't have chubby cheeks (that's assuming it's not OP's facial exercises causing the buccinator hypertrophy)

i feel you brotha i have kyphosis and scoliosis and it pushes my chest forward giving me s bit of a barrechest
