Can chewing cause headache?

I just chewed with my front teeth on a mouthgard for 1 hour, now my masseters feel really sore and weak. I also notice strong headache.
Could this be caused by chewing?
How fast could someone delevope tmj?

Yes TMJ happened to me. Rest for a few days.

it can causes TMJ which contributes to your headache.. Dont do chewing too much.

most headaches are do to muscles usually neck and traps / shoulders. So i assume masseters could do the same.

I'm a hardcore chewer and had only positives from it. Ignoring the soreness of masseters for obvious reasons.

Only orbit gums though.
