Fillers won't give your chin vertical growth. Derma fillers aren't made for it.

Implants oe osseous vertical genioplasty is the only way.

Or if you have long midface with small chin height in comparison.

You can try fillers to uplift your lips and create an illusion of more chin height.
Thoigh not recommended. Won't really show any results

my only big failo is my short chin, if anything i have compact midface but my short chin makes my philtum look long and my overall face way less masculine

I got mine like 3 months ago so i dont have the best insight. I would say semi permanent maybe ill end up refilling once more or twice max if it dissolves still in the process of figuring if its acc dissolving or body dysmorphia since its early

if your short chin is due to lack of projection then yes, extending it with filler will also increase the perceived height of your chin in the front. If your chin is well projected but your lower third is still short, you need genio, or maybe even bimax+genio
