prevention, I use glasses on PC (all day basically) and do eye exercises

how to fix after it went bad, u get lasik and hope u dont relapse , idk anything else

exercises , just focus on ur finger tip make it go bck and forth one left and right and eight shape one and the focus on short mid far points one

I've heard that it helps to keep your eyesight intact but I'm too lazy
