Chernobyl boosted rate of various "genetic" abnormalities a lot and by we know what radiation does metabolically so stress-energy ratios could alter "genes" and corresponding disorders/qualities as well imagine figuring out how to do it in the opposite way just something simple as K2-MK4 which is in so many animal products shifts genes to quite large degrees

I read somewhere on r/cognitivetesting that lifestyle changes and schooling can increase IQ by 3-6 points. Realistically, you can increase your IQ by a few points given environmental improvements, but don't expect huge gains like 1SD given that IQ is around 80% heritable.

Also, you can cope with image streaming. Heard some people online have made cognitive improvements with this technique. However, it hasn't been properly scientifically tested, so I have some doubts if it's really a valid technique or not.

Agreed memorizing info is for slaves I can't get myself to care about anything other than my primary urges of eating fucking sunbathing and my mentally ill urges of doing drugs and validation seeking those are natural reactions when you're stuck in this unnatural mode of living

Disagree. In my opinion, Mathematics is a good measure of logical thinking/problem solving.

When I study Calculus, my brain feels sharper and I think more complicatedly.

There was a period of time when I was extremely stressed out earlier this year and my IQ points increased by 5(took the Mensa test again).

I think studying subjects like Maths and Physics increases your problem solving skills even if it doesn't increase your IQ. It alters your dna. I mean if you majored in Maths and/or Physics, your children will be smarter.

if you haven't been into reading and learning and didn't have that naturally compulsive curiosity at 7, you definitely won't attain it at 20+
