Can elastics fix recessed chin if I have overbite

I have an overbite, Ive got palatal expander and will get braces with elastics soon, can elastics fix my recessed chin if im 15?

no none of that will change the actual bone of your chin it will just make your upper jaw wider which isnt noticable from braces and im pretty sure your elastics will either fix your bite or pull your teeth backwards it wont change your chin

it fixes ur bite so ur gonna have to see if ur chin bone isn't recessed after the elastics
