Can anybody explain me how extractions work in the first place?
How do they cause jaw problems?
is there any way to avoid them?
how do you differentiate between retrognathia and bimaxillary/maxillary prognathism?

Heavily depends on what tooth needs to be extracted and why

1.premolars next to canines.
or
2. wisdom teeth
Best to avoid premolar remval for sure. I also think wisdom teeth removal is unideal but im not 100 percent. Also both of these are often remvoed when u have a narrow palate. Kids get premolar removed an adults get wisodom teeth removed

i reckon if u extract and put new teeth it shouldn't really affect u like that

i may get them removed for overbite.

no whole point is to make teeth flare out less so new teeth shouldn't be put in as far as i know.

edit: i just realized my tongue barely fits in my mount so i'll not do it.
