I have been thinking about this seriously. Every day I spend time consciously squinting, holding tension around my eyes, trying to make my stare look more intense, more focused. I treat it almost like a workout.
But it made me question whether the muscles around the eyes can actually grow. Like how we train the masseter, the tongue, the neck, the zygomatic muscles. Is there any realistic chance that the eye area can improve through targeted effort, or am I just wasting my time?
Do the orbicularis oculi or surrounding muscles have the potential to develop and change appearance with consistent use? Or am I just tricking myself into thinking this helps?
If anyone has actual knowledge, experience, or even visual progress from doing this, I would appreciate it. I am trying to figure out if this is a real pathway or just another form of delusion.
