can eyelash maxxing hide UEE?

It doesn't hide it, sever UEE is bad no matter what but a little is fine. Use latisse. You could also maybe curl eyelashes upward.

Tint them dark brown / black and use an eyelash curler to curl them up

Doesnt really work if you have hooded eye tho
