I am around 12% bf,drink lot of water and my potassium intake is higher then my sodium intake yet still no hollow cheeks, are hollow cheeks genetic? or you just need to starve yourself

Yeah fat storage to an extent is genetic. You also just appear young and young people tend to have larger storages of cheek fat. It'll deplete as you age along with further bone development to create a more defined face. Don't worry about it.

your zygos are so flat i felt physical pain and im actually not kidding, my heart actually dropped

Yes and no. Genetics definitely matter, but I do believe that almost everybody could achieve hollow cheeks naturally.

think about it in terms of a bell curve. is it that you're in the bottom 5% of facial fat storage or in the bottom 50% of bonemass (the actual issue)

True, but appeal is what truly catches attention and creates lasting impressions. Bone mass might give you structure, but it's the charm, expression, and attractiveness of a face that really draws people in

It's a bone issue if you are 12%. Not looking lean at 12% is a classic issue of lack of bone there usually.

Every single guy with appeal has the well developed facial structure too

I also said that appeal is better then bone mass which mean that someone with more appeal is gonna look better then someone with more bone mass it’s obvious that to be attractive you need atleast a little bone mass

Sure but that's really rare without bonemass.

Stop trying to bring him down, he needs Lefort 3
I don’t care what OP does or doesn’t do.
LF3 wouldn’t give him a defined facial structure.

But I guess the idiots that believe in bone-mashing here will believe in anything.

Yes it will, it'll save him from a lifetime of inceldom

seen many people my age with chiseled face
Yeah I worded it wrongly, you can have a chiseled face at this age but if you don't have it it doesn't mean it's over for you. If you had that exact problem at like 23 then it would be over but you're only 15
