Can facial bones noticeable lose volume in your 20s?

Can your bones become noticeable more sunken in a couple years, starting in your early 20s?

this is meant to start in the mid to late 30’s.

sarcopenia and osteoporosis can start very young, if there is malnourishment. It's common to read vegan stories of broken bones from trivial falls even in their 20s and 30s. It's also common for them to experience muscle wastage and even soft tissue around the eyes wasting away leaving the stereotypical bug-eye or "scared prey" look. On the other hand people who train physically and eat complete diets can have no bone or muscle loss even into their 70s.

Happened to a couple of my friends between 18 and 25. Dark lower eyelids and lack of orbital support, loose skin, general recession. I on the other hand became better looking and acquired more bone mass during this time.
