Can fat grafting be done before periorbital implants?

Unsure if I’ll need implants, would it be a mistake to go for fat grafting first in the mean time? Is there an order of operations?

you want the fat to sit on top of the implants, it's just inconvenient to do them first

You do want to get implants first but not because of this reason above,implants are always placed under the soft tissue

The reason is that its harder to know what amount of fat is ideal after the implants before youve actually gotten them

True, the fat grafted after is usually just to refine and naturalise the implant. That's why it's less convenient lol
