the first guy cheekbones go right under his eyes while mine are lateral but there’s 0 bone under my eyes and my whole face is sagging

can filler in the upper part of the cheekbones add volume like this guy and lift my skin + improve my undereyes ? would it be under eyes or cheek filler ?

As such, they can give you "high-ish" cheekbones, but not the cheekbones at the level of O'Pry, like this guy has in the photo. The reason is the risks associated with the needles moving near the orbital rim. But maybe you can find someone... have no idea...

But your photo is much more than this... To have this particular effect you will need saddle implants. because he also has narrow sockets. Impossible to reproduce with filler exactly this pic.
