Haha thank you, they are mostly dissolved by now but def improved the eye area long term even if a little, fillers are legit if done right.

What does a good surgeon do that an underqualified person doesn't?

Did your surgeon do that thing where they take the needle out a bit and make sure there's no blood (Ie that they havent hit an artery) before putting the filler in?

I'm 31 and my eyelids are already fucked. Look like an old man. Dont want to get this filler shit every year

YES. CAN HAPPEN.

Mainly due to, The Hylaronic acid getting into the vains that run towrads the eyes. SO basically, when the filler injeceting doctors fucks up and injects it into the vain. A good doctor, will first check and look even marks, where your vains are running that go towards the eyes, and make sure not to hit it.

I know because I have been self pneumatic blowing HA into my face at places, with hylaron pen. As preparation, I studied pictures and setips, of vains running through the face, and which ones are high risk. And before doing that, I tried to find them in my face beforehand, and make sure to stay away from there.
