not really.
but it depends on what you consider bug eyes, because this term is used quite unintentionally here for all eyes that are not hooded / hunter like.

If you have all this :
low PFL, no medial canthus, eyeballs protruding through orbits, big upper eyelid exposure, several degree of NTC , no eyebrows, droppy eyelids, under eye hollowness, then even holy water will not save you.

Honestly depends. That Adriana Lima husband from NBA could still probably be considered above average looking and he's an extreme case of shit eye area. You also have that Arabic/Italian model who's name Im missing right now with probably (?) below average eyes (but striking color wise and shape) who's for sure 6+psl
