Can green tea cause a panic attack?

Ive drank a kettle of green tea recently in a cafe. Now i feel anxious as fuck for more then an hour already or 2 hours idk i just turned on the light everywhere, i sit in my bathroom hugging my knees and waiting till this shit ends already, i just felt a crazy feeling of appathy and helplessness, i cant watch the fucking movie i started, i just pause it every minute, i am also scared

I dont have shizophrenia, i dont have hallucinations and voices, but i am bipolar, yesterday i was laughing, jumping, dancing in my room for no reason, now i feel strange as fuck

I am very sensetive for caffeine (sorry for the fucking mistakes i am tired of switching to the fucking google translator) and i never drink energy drinks or coffee or black tea cause all this stuff fuck me up, but LOL ITS THE FUCKING GREEN TEA WHAT THE FUCK
