I swear every super jacked dude I see at my gym has a really good jaw bone structure... literally I have never seen a sub-5 gymbro there. And most of them don't look like they're on steroids or anything. So.. maybe is it because working out helps to promote higher testosterone production, thus resulting in stronger bone density n shit? I heard this from some YouTuber but idk if the scientific literature can verify this claim.. could be total BS. Any experts on this subject know if this is true or not?

I think It could also be an illusion, most of these guys have low body fat so their bone structure looks better than even someone with like 15% body fat.

It could also be that only people with good bone structure go to the gym and not the gym that causes their bone structure

Working out increases stress on bones, and they thicken slightly as a result. It also increases HGH and testosterone, which can affect the bones over a long period. They probably also take supplements and possibly inject. Probably most importantly, good bones and naturally superior muscles usually come in a package. (Either genetic or hormonal)

If you work out while developing it will affect your face so much, I started working at ~16 years old and now im almost 19 and I got so much bone growth, dont know how much carnivore affected it but I think a lot.
