I speak from experience, I started doing karate at 12 years old, so I did a lot of physical exercises like push up, abdominal, squat. .In compensation my brother never train and today is 20 years old and is full of acne marks on his face.
Every time I had a pimple I just squeezed it and my face is unmarked, and I drank a lot of water.
It may have been simply luck but it must have some relationship.
