Hello i have acne and i am a shitskin turkish cockroach so i bought tret and hydroquinone and i was wondering hydroquinones effect on hyperpigmantation

Yes if you're not careful else it will worsen PiH or whatever pigmentation issue you have.
You need to use SPF 50 PA++++, reapply every 2 hours whenever you're out during the day.
