Yes you can. I did it for a more projected nasal bone although you can also do it to get rid of a bump

The hump is created by either, a mismatch between the nasal bone and the cartilage that attaches just below it, or an actual feature of your nasal bone, bonesmashing, even if it wasn't a meme, isn't going to do help you in that case.

Only way to get rid of it would be a maxillary advancement or Rhino to correct it.
