can i bring NAC and Bromelain to Portugal from the UK

i know bromelain is probably fine cuz its just pineapple enzyme but NAC is illegal in some countries and its hard to find info for anywhere thats not the UK or USA. im going to portugal from UK and want to bring NAC with me
